Brooklyn's Beer & Burgers menu

Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing.

Juicy hops and silky malt meet in a Hazy Little Thing with fruit-forward flavor, modest bitterness, and a smooth finish.

$

SanTan Juicy Jack IPA

This Juicy Hazy IPA showcases Mosaic and Cashmere hops which explode with aromas of peach, guava and tangerine. Fruity and juicy, a generous amount of oats are added to give Juicy Jack a rich, full bodied flavor.

$

New Holland Dragon's Milk

Dragon’s Milk has been a term used to describe potent ales that were bestowed in celebration at the end of a journey. Our signature stout carries on that tradition today. Roasted malt delivers notes of coffee and chocolate, married with sweet undertones of vanilla and oak from a three-month stay in bourbon barrels, to create a truly legendary blend of flavor

$

New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Atomic Pumpkin

Pumpkin Ale featuring cinnamon and habanero chili peppers for just the right amount of heat.

$

Mudshark Full Moon

Displays a hazy orange amber-color with a light aroma of sweet orange. Spiced with orange peel and coriander that is strong and smooth. The high ABV for this style is well hidden.

$

Michelob Ultra

Superior tasting light beer.

$

Guinness Draught

Unmistakable from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop.

$

Firestone Walker Cali Squeeze - Blood Orange Hefe

Brewed with real blood orange for maximum refreshment. A crisp beer with juicy orange flavors and fresh citrus flavors. A True Conversion experience for anyone who "doesn't like beer".

Discover Brooklyn's Beer & Burgers

Walking into Brooklyn's Beer & Burgers feels like stepping into a neighborhood hangout that already knows your order. I’ve stopped by after a long drive down South Tucson more times than I can count, and the vibe never changes-in a good way. It’s casual, a little loud, and always smells like grilled beef and toasted buns. The location at 3790 E Irvington Rd, Tucson, AZ 85714, United States makes it an easy stop whether you’re coming from the airport or wrapping up a workday nearby, and the steady flow of regulars says a lot more than any flashy sign ever could.

What keeps people coming back is the menu, plain and simple. This isn’t the kind of place where you need a dictionary to order lunch. Burgers are the star, built with thick patties that are seared properly, not smashed into oblivion. During one visit, I watched the kitchen work through a lunch rush, flipping burgers in batches and finishing them to order. That process matters. According to the USDA, ground beef cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F balances food safety with juiciness, and you can taste that attention to detail here without needing to ask questions.

The beer selection plays an equal role. You’ll find familiar domestic options alongside rotating craft taps, which is smart for a diner-style spot. Craft beer sales in the U.S. still account for roughly 13% of the overall beer market, based on data from the Brewers Association, and places like this benefit from offering both comfort and curiosity in a single lineup. Pairing a local IPA with a classic cheeseburger turns a quick meal into something you actually remember.

Reviews from locals often mention consistency, and that’s been my experience too. One time I brought a friend visiting from Phoenix who orders burgers like a food critic. He went quiet halfway through, then finally said the patty-to-bun ratio was right where it should be. That balance is harder than it sounds. Too much bread and you lose the meat; too little and the whole thing falls apart. Here, the structure holds up, even if you load on toppings or dunk fries into a side of sauce.

Service deserves a nod as well. The staff moves fast but doesn’t rush you out the door. On a slower afternoon, I chatted with a server about which beers sell best, and she broke it down honestly-lighter lagers during the week, heavier styles on weekends. That kind of insight only comes from people who actually pay attention. It also builds trust, which is why online reviews tend to feel grounded instead of exaggerated.

From a broader perspective, diners and burger joints like this one thrive because they focus on fundamentals. The National Restaurant Association has consistently reported that simplicity and comfort foods remain top consumer preferences, especially during uncertain economic times. You see that reflected here in the straightforward menu design and reasonable pricing. There’s no attempt to reinvent the burger, just a clear effort to make it well every single day.

That said, no place is perfect. If you’re looking for an expansive menu with vegan substitutes or upscale plating, your options may feel limited. Parking can also get tight during peak hours. Still, those trade-offs come with the territory of a busy local favorite.

Brooklyn's Beer & Burgers works because it understands what it is-a laid-back spot for good food, cold beer, and zero pretense. Whether you’re scanning reviews before your first visit or already have a usual order, it delivers the kind of experience that feels familiar in the best possible way, anchored by solid cooking, reliable service, and a location that fits right into the Tucson diner scene.

  • Got a free burger for my birthday which was a huge bonus and the reason for our 20 min drive to visit. After we ate I received more coupons to come back for free appetizers as well.

  • A Dimond in the rough. Our waitress, Dom R. was polite, knowledgeable, and truly friendly, no fake smile. We had chicken fingers , peperoni twisters and cheeseburger egg rolls. Not greasy but crisp and flavorful. Try this place you won't be sorry.

  • I came in to enjoy a birthday burger: mushroom burger with my choice of pepper jack cheese and tater tots! Yummo! My waitress was kind and patient, and definitely efficient!? I loved the sports tv and delightful music! The decor of beer taps was charming! I’m definitely coming back to try the chicken and waffles! I came in 4 days later to try their chicken and waffles! Delicious The waffles were perfect (especially with the bacon crumbles on top!) and the chicken tenders juicy and crispy! I’m enjoying everything so far!

  • We held our monthly safety meeting here and it was an excellent choice. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

  • Service is excellent in spite of servers being obviously overwhelmed at times from nearby events. Customers with a little bit of grace, patience, and understanding could make everything better for everybody, including themselves. I've been in twice in 2 days, and will probably be back 2 more times in the next 2 days due to being a vendor at an event. The food is excellent; though, personally, I think their sauces could be improved. However, they aren't anything to complain about and the food quality is good enough that one doesn't NEED the sauces. We've tried the pizza twisters, burgers, chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, and Greek salad, and all have been excellent. I'm looking forward to trying new menu items over the next couple of days. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend! But please, keep in mind that the wait staff are human and that patience and understanding go A LONG WAY!

  • We stopped for a quick lunch on our road trip from Texas and it did not disappoint! The chicken avocado flatbread and seasoned fries were fresh and delicious. They also have good pizza. The restaurant was clean with cool decor, and the customer service was great.
